I am Soheil Gerami, Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant with over six years of experience delivering national and international HR transformation projects. As a Freelancer and Managing Director of Stellargos Limited, I support organizations and consulting firms in implementing, optimizing, and scaling SAP SuccessFactors solutions across private and public sector environments.

My mission is to simplify and optimize HR processes to enhance the employee experience across the entire lifecycle, increase efficiency and ensure long-term scalability. I believe technology should empower people — not complicate their work.

My experience

My career began within the HR department of an international corporation, where I gained firsthand insight into operational HR processes and organizational needs. Building on this foundation, I joined a leading consulting firm, where I served as Employee Central Lead and Project Manager for multiple SAP SuccessFactors implementations across diverse industries. I successfully guided complex projects from design through go-live and beyond. With combined expertise in both HR and IT, I bridge the gap between functional and technical stakeholders.
